1. Definitions

You acknowledge that Indonesia's legal framework regarding online gambling contains ambiguities, and you accept full responsibility for determining whether your use of our services complies with applicable local laws.

3.3 Legal Capacity

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To use agn88 services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your identification document
• Valid email address

• Date of birth
• Residential address

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted only one Account. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts registered by the same individual, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets, and confiscate all Funds. 5.3 Deposit Processing

• Request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals

• Colluding with other Players to manipulate bonus systems
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches for unfair advantage

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on agn88 are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. In the event of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds display due to technical malfunction), agn88 reserves the right to void affected bets.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

7.4 Togel Rules

In no event shall agn88's total liability to you exceed the amount of Funds in your Account at the time the claim arises.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

agn88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time if:

• You breach any term of this agreement
• You provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• We suspect money laundering or other financial crimes
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• We determine, in our sole discretion, that your continued use poses a risk to agn88 or other Players

In the event of Account closure, any remaining legitimate Funds will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to agn88. Bonus funds and winnings derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the agn88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of agn88 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without written permission
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from Platform software or content
• Use the agn88 name, logo, or branding without authorization
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and agn88, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against agn88.
